The Sale Deed took place between Nandini Dairies Pvt Ltd. and Lalbag Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Nandini Dairies also formerly known as Gowardhan was registered under Companies Act, 1913. Which had its registered office at Dr. Radhakrishan Nagar, Pune-09. Whereas the purchaser i.e Lalbag Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Registered under Maharashtra Co-operative Society have its registered office at 712/A, Shankarsheth road, Pune-02. with registration no. NA/HSG/449.
The Government of Maharashtra vide their order no. CHS 1079/659 – XXXV dated 10 Sept 1979 have exempted the land agreed to be sold hereinafter stated from provision of Chapter III of Urban Land [Ceiling & Regulation] Act, 1976. The land have been marked by black boundary lines. The title Certificate was obtained on date 20 Feb 1982.
The Additional Collector of Pune was pleased to grant Non- Agriculture permission for construction of residential building in area measuring 78,314 sq ft in favour dated on 16 Jan 1981.
The layout was sanctioned by Pune Municipal Corporation under No. DPO – 3370 which is dated on 1 March 1980.
It also have been mentioned in the property card that the Pune Collector have allotted the land in Registration No. PNR/SR/21/81/11 which is dated on 16 Jan 1981. According to 7/12 document, the area measured is 7278 sq mtrs.
The Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Society hereby certifies that Lalbag Society have been registered u/s 9 (1) of Maharashtra Cooperative Society Act, 1960The Commencement Certificate No. 4443 have been obtained on 13 Sept 1983.
The completion certificate was obtained on 18 Feb 1989 with Completion certificate No. 4268.
